Our products are designed to be used outdoors but are not meant to be left to the mercy of the weather all of the time. The life expectancy of any kind of product will diminish proportionately with the severity of weather that it is exposed to. You should consider UV ratings and fabric quality when selecting outdoor products and choose one that will best fit your needs. A product with a high UV number may cost a little more but equates to a more fade resistant product for a longer period of time.

  • Step 3: Measure from the top of the chair down to the back of seat, or where back and seat meet. If considering a two-piece construction, continue with Step 4.
  • Step 4: If considering a two-piece construction, also measure the width of the seat back, from one side to the other. To ensure proper fit, subtract the thickness of the seat cushion from the total height of the pillow back.

everLUXE™ Our cushions are filled with Arden exclusive everLUXE™ POLYFILL, a patented fiber technology that retains shape, feels better, lasts longer, and provides improved loft and retention over traditional fiber fills in the marketplace. We use only the best fibers and maintain quality control throughout the process to ensure a high quality product every time. We continuously test our finished products to ensure consistency in loft retention and comfort in order to exceed your expectations.

Blowfill is a polyester fiber that is typically used to fill wicker cushions and pillows. In order to achieve the soft and pillowy look and feel, it goes through a different manufacturing process than everLUXE™.

Our cushions are breathable and water resistant, but not completely waterproof. You should cover or bring your products indoors in inclement weather or storms whenever possible.

We do not recommend that you use any kind of artificial heat or dryers to dry out a cushion or pillow because it may overheat or shrink the fabric. Instead, turn a wet cushion on edge to expose the largest surfaces to the air and sun. Be sure to test for possible moisture before sitting on it. You should also consider covers for your outdoor products or indoor storage when products are not being used.

We value our retail relationships and therefore do not sell any products directly on this corporate website.

We value our retail relationships and therefore do not sell the same products to different retailers. Each fabric is specific to that retailer.
