Responsibilities
- Responsible for stuffing and straighten finished products.
- Always work safely.
- Stuffer/straightener is responsible for knowing and ensuring the quality of his/her production.
- Perform duties with attention to detail.
- Responsible for housekeeping in work area.
- Ability to work individually and in a group.
- Complete necessary production sheets correctly.
- Report any process concerns to Finishing Supervisor.
- Ability to cross train and take on other positions within the department when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to handle a heavy workflow while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and flexibility to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process.
- Ability to learn and understand the quality level involved in the department’s day to day tasks.
- Ability to lift to +-40 lbs.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
