Arden Companies, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Patio and Outdoor Lifestyle products to prominent retailers in the USA and Canada, has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst to be based at the corporate headquarters in Bingham Farms, Michigan.

The eCommerce Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst will report to the VP of Demand Planning and will be responsible for preparing and analyzing data to create and maintain a Sales Forecast that allows for growth but aligns with our capabilities. This will include managing and reviewing sales data, creating action plans to chase sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure Sales plans are met. The right candidate should have a passion for consumer products manufacturing and will have the drive to succeed in our high-performance culture.



  • Create forecast for items within eCommerce program by item and by retailer
  • Review and update forecast regularly utilizing seasonality and current sales trends
  • Communicate forecast updates to cross-functional team members and senior leadership team
  • Analyze sales as they occur to identify trends and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members for updates to the assortment plan
  • Provide regular POS updates and reports to the organization
  • Assist sales manager with analysis for annual budget
  • Track sales goals and assess risks against plan



  • Taking a more strategic approach with our Retail Customers
  • Build and apply new analytical tools and methodologies
  • Support strategic system analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably analytical/business related)
  • Two years of work experience in forecasting or replenishment related experience
  • Creative and analytical thinker who can easily manage multiple tasks and prioritize work within tight, concurrent deadlines. Ability to function and lead in a collaborative team environment, self-directed, motivated and highly flexible
  • Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office software at an expert level, including Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups, advanced formulas, macros) and PowerPoint. Access experience not required, but a plus
