- There will be approximately 100 employees based in Ft. Wayne, IN.

- This position is based in Fort Wayne, IN. – travel is not expected for this role

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver site recruitment plan, interviews, hiring, retention, disciplinary actions, terminations and the seasonal lay-off process in accordance with legal and company HR Audit guidelines.
- Conduct orientation and training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Administer payroll through ADP
- Manage benefits and other HR administrative duties such as; Workers Compensation, 401k, and Unemployment.
- Manage and administer the plant’s Safety program which includes, but is not limited to, regular safety walks, creating and making sure training are done, monthly and annual reporting, internal and external audits, safety log maintenance, and managing the worker compensation process.
- Serve as the driving force in the development, implementation, and supervision of the employee training programs.
- Provide support and guidance through strong working relationships will all facility employees.
- Present current and prospective employees with pertinent information regarding job responsibilities, company policies, plant rules, wages, benefits, and job opportunities.

- Proactively partner with corporate leaders and the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and mandates.
Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing processes in order to understand critical skills and personnel needed to optimize plant performance.
