Description

Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the Manager, Retail Sales will hold a critically important position in managing and achieving the company sales plans with key retail accounts at Arden Companies. The individual will need to possess strong analytical, relationship building and strategic skills to execute this position successfully.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong customer relationships by being a strategic business partner in supporting the growth of both the customers and company.
  • Work closely with others departments to provide data and sales support regarding ongoing new product development.
  • Participate with sales forecasting / projections and perform ongoing competitive market analysis.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments as needed and perform other duties as required to support the management and company initiatives.
  • Report financial sales and profit responsibility by account.
  • Coordinate Retailer Focused Launch Meetings for all US, Canada, Mexico core programs, promotions, and any new/special programs
  • Exclusive use of the Salesforce tool to create to provide a single source of truth in capturing and processing the following:
  • Account/Contact Information
  • Opportunities/Tasks/Workflow Processes
  • Retailer Calendars
  • Track Retailer Proposed/Actual Business Award Dates
  • Preliminary Program List being populated in a timely manner
  • Retailer Timeline Review Meetings with Cross Functional Teams

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Self-Directed, motivated and highly flexible
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail
