Primary Responsibilities:
- Packing product in bags and/or boxes. Assembling boxes, affixing labels, closing and taping boxes and bags.
- Ability to learn and identify products by style, name, and number.
- Meet and exceed established production quantities, meet daily goals.
- Perform quality checks on product and maintain quality standards.
- Assist as needed with training and transitioning of new and/or transferred employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Support and comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs.
Requirements
- Must be manually proficient and skillful with manual labor.
- Must be able to work 10 hours a day, dependable, flexible, and able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and able to lift above the head on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to push carts loaded with over 100 lbs of product on a frequent basis.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required to maintain production goals.
- Must be energetic with a strong work ethic.
