Sales Program Coordinator
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Program Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our largest retail customer accounts. Qualified candidates possess exceptional communication skills, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail enabling them to resolve problems independently with extensive customer contact via telephone and email.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain all product information attributes within internal systems
- Coordinate with multiple teams to review program specifics, communicate updates to appropriate parties
- Work within PLM program and with account cross-functional teams to approve and launch final products that will appear on the retailers’ shelf. This includes reviewing item drawings, reviewing product specific details, and approving samples made by Central Home Brands’ US and Asia teams.
- Set up items internally in PLM & SAP
- Communicate with our manufacturing plants to resolve consumer questions
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members as well as team members at the plant to ensure that orders are properly fulfilled
- Manage preparation, processing and recording of all retailer legal documentation
- Input all item pricing within SAP system
- Special Projects as assigned
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Computer literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; prior experience with SAP is helpful
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Fast learner that is willing to take on new challenges as they present themselves
- Creative problem solver with an ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Self-motivated
- Takes initiative and owns their projects
- Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
