Excellent opportunity for an emerging HR leader…

Working closely with the VP of HR and the Director of HR, Plant Operations this position actively manages the administrative duties for the corporate office including but not limited to; coordination of office meetings and employee events, participation in select committees, leads the recruiting, on-boarding and orientation process while completing the associated paperwork and participates or leads special projects as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate will be a flexible, team player, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while still driving results and managing the day-to-day demands of the position. A strong desire to serve others and inner drive to succeed are also required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business, or similar field of study required, SHRM-CP, PHR or other HR certification preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 Years of recruiting experience required.

    • Advanced recruiting techniques

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on the details, but not be overwhelmed by them

  • Working knowledge of employment law, policy/procedure, PIP, WC, LOA, Benefits Administration, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
