Arden Companies, a leading manufacturer and distributor of outdoor patio consumer products, has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Production Supervisor in our Fort Wayne, IN Plant.

This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for coordinating daily production requirements, supervising and leading a high volume production area.

  • Supervise hourly employees in designated department to effectively execute the defined production plan on time.
  • Support plant management to ensure department is safely meeting production schedules, inventory targets, and customer quality requirements.
  • Manage levels of raw materials, WIP inventory, finished goods and control and reduce scrap for department.
  • Proactively support problem solving, continuous improvement, and lean activities.

Education Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.


  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
  • Minimum 3 years supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Data Savvy – Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with generating reports and managing data in systems.
  • Proven strong communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy in work, attention to detail, ability to execute quickly, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes in a high volume manufacturing plant.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
