Description
Working under Arden’s Video Production Manager’s supervision, and working closely with the Marketing team, the Video Production Specialist will assist with the production of video content which will be used for Arden Companies and their retail customers. The Video Production Specialist should have a background and passion for multiple aspects of video production.
Responsibilities
- Video production support
- Manage video projects from pre-production through post-production
- Shoot video footage in-studio and on location
- Edit videos from rough cut to final edits
- Create motion graphics for videos
- Support live broadcasts and shoots from our streaming studio
- Maintain source media and final project library management
- Manage all final videos on internal streaming platform
- Project communication via Salesforce and ReviewStudio
- Assisting other needs the creative team has as needed
- Support on additional projects within the company as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production or Digital Media Production
- 3-5 years of shooting and editing video, and managing projects
- Strong online reel/portfolio showcasing multiple skillsets
- Previous video production experience with a production company or within a creative department desired. Those with freelance or contract experience also considered with the right skill set
- Have strong technical skills, and proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Be a strong communicator: The ability to communicate effectively will set you apart in this role
- Strong attention to detail
- Canon cinema camera or photoshop experience is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team as well as be a self-starter
- Ability to maintain the established quality standards of Arden’s creative team

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in ADP WFN and eTime
- Proficiency in Excel and v lookups, pivots, macros are a plus
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures, US GAAP, SOX
- Passion and skill will help us narrow in on your specialty, we like to promote from within!
